ASTM A213 Pipes T22 Tubes, which is also available in customized sizes, shapes and designs for our esteemed patrons. The unsuitable welding techniques for these Alloy Steel T22 Seamless Tubes Are Oxy acetylene and submerged arc welding, which are further well suited for diverse chemical applications. However, this kind of heat processing is not important in our Alloy Steel T22 Welded Tubes, but if followed, a complete solution annealing at 1149 Degree C or 2100 Degree F then water cooling should be done. These Alloy Steel T22 EFW Tubes with controlled composition can be employed in the welded form and it is less prone to stress corrosion cracking in the several conditions. Production of tankers from our Alloy Steel T22 ERW Tubes are used for handling hydrochloric acid, aluminum chloride catalysts and other strongly reducing chemicals, storage of reducing chemicals, manufacturing herbicides, insecticides, ethylene glycol and benzene, methyl methacrylate, butane isomerization to make high octane gasoline, prevents corrosion from antimony chloride. In reducing gases or in a vacuum, these Alloy Steel T22 Round Tubes may be used from 1600 Degree F (870 Degree C) to substantially higher temperatures.
